Purchase Process & Cancellation 

This online e-commerce platform is operated by the third-party company “BigCartel.” The default payment system is through PayPal or Stripe (processed with most credit cards, such as Mastercard, Visa, American Express, or Discover). I don’t have any control over any financial exchange happening online after you process the check-out via this website. If you decide to cancel the order, please try to email me three days in advance before I mail out your order. I’ll try to coordinate with BigCartel to see how to cancel your order and get you refunded after canceling. 

Shipping 

All prints, books, zines, and posters are using USPS Priority Mail for all domestic US orders, but delivery may take longer due to unforeseen delays. Since items are handmade to order, please allow at least one week for delivery. You will receive an email confirmation once your item/s has been shipped, along with a tracking number.

Return & Exchange

Due to the small independent printing production and the fragile nature of materials, all prints won’t be able to be returned and exchanged.  

Payment

You may be charged local tax, if applicable. If your payment method is declined, I will attempt to process your charge until the transaction is approved. If I cannot complete the transaction, I may contact you directly to update your account information.

This website uses a third-party service provider for payment services (e.g., credit card transaction processing, merchant settlement, and related services). You hereby consent to provide and authorize Wen-Li Chen (wlchen.com) and its third-party service provider to share any information and payment instructions you provide to the extent required to complete payment transactions in accordance with this Agreement, including personal, financial, and credit card payment, and transaction information. 

Upon initial credit card registration, you may see a pending charge as part of the authorization confirmation process. This is not a charge and is used to confirm account authenticity. The pending charge should automatically clear on its own. If you have any issues, please email me. I am not responsible for any fees or charges your bank or credit card issuer may apply.

This website accepts the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover via third-party financial services company Stripe, Inc. You can also use PayPal to pay online directly.

Responsibilities

The risk of loss and title for items purchased by you passes to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
